THE CLAYTON HEIGHTS COMMUNITY
Clayton Heights is a Surrey community located near the Surrey/Langley border. This family-friendly neighborhood has risen in popularity over the past few years and has seen significant growth during that time. It’s anticipated that the population will be over 100,000 within the next decade.
Closely situated to the Fraser Highway and the TransCanada Highway, the community is a popular place for Lower Mainland residents to enjoy numerous amenities, recreation, and shopping due to its ease of access. The expansion of the SkyTrain to Langley City will add three planned stops in the Clayton Heights / Cloverdale communities. These stations will provide easy access and convenience to thousands of riders by connecting them to the Metro Vancouver area.
