You can now build this mega “6-PLEX” on just about any lot that fits the following criteria :

🔸 If the lot is at least 3025 square feet and located within 400 meters of a bus stop, a minimum of six units is necessary.

🔸If not 3025 sq ft and not near a bus stop then you can have a minimum of 3 units.

🔸The minimum building height is set at three stories.

🔸All single family lots will be required to allow one secondary suite and/ accessory dwelling unit (ADU)
