Hey Everybody!

Hope you all had a great Halloween Weekend 🎃🦇👻!!!

With SALE PRICES (Just since LAST MONTH) going up from 5% in some areas, to a (staggering) 14% in other areas – it’s safe to say this market is STILL ON 🔥🔥🔥!

This October, being one of the lowest inventory months in the past TWENTY years, really saw another surge in valuations across the board!  On average we would see anywhere from 2-4 offers on a home that’s priced quite close to where it should sell for, to 20-30 offers on homes listed much lower!  For sellers right now – it’s a red-hot market where you can expect to break every record on your sale price!
For buyers right now, despite the fast-paced and competitive market, there are still big wins to be had!  Lots of our first-time homebuyers have managed to purchase a home earlier this year, just to move in and see their home has already gone up 20+% just since the offer was accepted!  And with interest rates still historically lower than ever, many people are saving 30%+ on their mortgage payments making purchasing now a great time to lock in a rate before they inevitably increase again!
Overall it’s definitely a seller’s market but for those who are in a position to buy for the first time or for those who are considering making a move – there are lots of opportunities out there to make some serious $!!

If you’re interested in seeing how YOU with your own unique situation can benefit from this market, give me a ring! 🙂

Until next time,

-Corbin
