Aldergrove is the furthest east part of Langley and one of the most practical places for young families trying to stay in Langley without paying central Langley or Willoughby prices. The feel is a little less built-out than the busier Langley pockets, but that is also part of the value story. The new Aldergrove rec centre is a real local win, and being close to Mount Lehman / West Abbotsford shopping gives residents access to a bigger retail node than many people expect. For buyers, Aldergrove is worth looking at when price, family space, and long-term development upside matter more than being right in the middle of Langley’s busiest amenity core.
